NetFlix:
GrateLakes wrote:Netflix DOES have massage therapy dvds!! A lot of them are sports related, but I also see infant massage, indian head massage, reflexology, shiatsu, and myofacial work. I wonder if they take requests?? Anyone else have Netflix?? If more than one person requests certain videos, they are more apt to get them in their system.

Bodywork Emporium - in the Los Angeles/OC area

Renting sure beats paying $70 on a video you're not sure about. :?

I know that the NY AMTA chapter has a large loaner library of videos for massage... so look into the other chapters to see what other goodies they have!

BUMP~
My parents have a netflix account, and I am thinking on renting a few from there.
Does anyone have any suggestions on which titles are ok and which ones to avoid?
Thanks!

Your local library may have some interesting vids/DVDs, and then there is the inter-library loan system that can pull in stuff from all over the world. The library at my massage school is incredibly extensive, with excellent material on hand and easy access to bring in more upon demand.

Mind adding the name of the school and contact info, for those people who don't know already? Maybe someone in your area will want to contact them.
As a side note, to anyone who decides to use inter-library loan. Make sure to have the name of the video you want and the ISBN number when possible. It makes things easier for your local librarian!

I think the Miller-Motte Technical College - Wilmington Campus has video that may be able to be accessed, although I am not sure how it works, or if you just need to go through your local interlibrary loan:
