I had this one for anatomy for remembering the hamstrings action list:
All-han-strings do-five-things
Once I remembered the exact number it wasnt hard to remember what they were.

If you put the Good first, the order of the origins will be correct too.
We learned the nonsensical, "peanut butter likes more grape", but i think i will suggest some of the others here in the future.

I think I prefer that to the one we learned...

I could never maintain a therapeutic mindset while thinking that.

Bicycling Families Seem To Stay Mobile = hamstrings: biceps femoris, semitendinosus, semimembranosus.

Recreational Football Makes Life Interesting = quadriceps: rectus femoris, (vastus) medialis, lateralis, and intermedius

Fun! I hadn't heard those before. :)

Me and a classmate of mine made them up. Not sure if anyone else has made them before me but it is a great mnemonic for me.

Jeff - I'd LOVE to get my hands on a comprehensive list as I feel it can help many students across the country. If you don't mind I'd love to propose to my volunteer team at the MTSI to include a glossary like this on the portal? Awaiting your thoughts
