I went and bought a cheap ipod, nano, shuffle, whatever it is. 50 dollars, and I loaded all my massage music on it. I have a Bose iPod Player Surround sound technology. Instead of placing speakers around the room, the Bose has surround sound technology which gives off an ambient sound wave all around the room, rather than it going in one ear. I thought of this because someone said something about the CD changer making noise and I thought this would be a great substitute. Even if you don't want to get a Bose you can still make this idea work.
Just get a $2.99 audio 3mm cord(the type that fits into a headphone jack, plug one in your iPod/MP3 Player/Computer audio port and the other end into your speaker/cd changer, etc.
Plus with the iPod the clients can see what's playing at all times! Works like a charm!
