This system is for professional bodywork specialists but you could use the pieces personally too for relieving pressure in the hips and back.

the shiatsu massager you're referring to is a personal electronic. i don't like them because it doesn't fit all types of bodies. it can either feel uncomfortable or not feel effective at all.
