any good stretches/self care for TOS?

I've been putting in a lot of hours at the nail salon and am getting numbness and tingling in my ring and pinky fingers. I have an appt for a massage tomorrow, but I need to get through another day and a half of work in the meantime.

I do these; usually good for a quick fix. However, if I would do it everyday, then I'd get a lasting effect. I've been better in the past.

Look up pec corner stretches on google and it will give you some more examples. I pulled this pic from there.

Thanks! I did some corner stretches and it's crazy how tight those muscles are on my right side compared to the left. I didn't even feel it or realize it was an issue until I started getting some TOS symptoms.
