I've been getting myofascial release massage for my tennis elbow. IT's REALLY helping. My question is - is it ok to get it every day - or should I give a longer gap ( say 2-3 days) between sessions to get maximum benefit? If you are a massage professional - I'd really value your opinion.

It's all really going to depend on how fast you are recovering. Shorter more frequent sessions may work well for you.
For those clients who's pain is acute there really needs to be a recovery for the body to adjust. Short 15 minuet sessions 4x's a week may do the trick for good.
Good luck !
