I want to find a dead tree (i.e. paper) format for aroma therapy. Something that would talk about the basics and even give a couple of recipes for making something good.
In my opinion the best book for aromatherapy is the Complete guide to Essential Oils by Valarie Worwood. You can find used copies on Amazon for as low as $7.49

I like Aromatherapy an A to Z by Particia Davis. This was one that was recommended by the aromatherapy instructor in school.
If you have a Half Price Bookstore in your area I would check there in addition to Amazon.
The Complete Book of Essential Oils and Aromatherapy by Valerie Ann Worwood can be had used for about $9 at amazon.com. My office copy is quite dog eared from use.
